I just remembered something, next week on the 4th I will be celebrating my blogs first year anniversary. In celebration of that I will be doing a drawing for all those who come by and leave a comment on this particular post to be in the drawing. I will be pulling three different names of those who will receive a gift from me. I am so excited about this! I already know what one gift will be. Hmmmm......should I post a pic or let it be a surprise of what I am giving away? I tell you what, I will post only one item and let the other two be a surprise, how does that sound? That decided here is a pic of one of the items I will be giving away to a lucky winner.

Is this a tempting sneak peak or what. This book has 169 pages of transfers! This is a stitchers dream book if you ask me. I have looked over all the pages and it is a really great book. It was produced by Daisy Kingdom for those who like to stitch on fabric as well as paint on fabric.

Here is how it will work come by and have a look around and then leave a comment on this particular post and I will put all the names in a hat and draw three lucky winners. One of which will receive this book of transfers. I will have to decide what the other two prizes will be. Let the fun begin.

Happy Stitching, Wendy

Oh how fun, Wendy. My how time does fly!!!! Congrats on your upcoming BlogAversary.

I will check back and put my name in the pot. I love Daisy Kingdom. I wish I had gotten more of it before it became so hard to find and expensive :-)

Hi Gerry, your name is now in the pot for the drawing just for commenting on this post. I too love Daisy Kingdom, I made a lot of the little dresses for my daughter when she was small.

Wow, a great blog. Hey, if you pull my name.. I could use some of that tatted lace instead of the book. Not that I don't want the book, but need the lace.. Hope you have many more years of blogging.. I've only started and don't have any of my hand work on it, yet.

Hi Wendy,
Happy Anniversary on your first year of your blog. I went over a year on mine already however didn't celebrate my one year because it's been about a year (LOL!) since I've really done anything with it. I know... I should... but I didn't... but I hope to get back into it. We'll see!! LOL! Anyways, just wanted to say that *you* are doing a wonderful job on yours. Again... Congratulations on your first year.

Thank you everyone for all your comments. I love being able to blog and meeting new people through it.

Bear, Daisy Kingdom was really big here when they first came out. They made all kinds of items, dress patterns for little girls, some mother/daughter patterns, they have a fabric line, and this book of transfers. Where across the pond are you?

Again, thank you for the nice comments on my blog. And thank you for helping me to celebrate!

Margie, yes I can see them all done up in redwork. There are some really cute designs in this book.

Kerry, the peacock pic is 4ft. high. I almost fell out when I found him and seen what they were asking for him. Needless to say, he came home with me.(all smiles here) I just absolutely love it!
